Key points – changes & refunds

We do not offer cancellations and no refunds are given under any circumstances or exceptions, including force majeure. The only option is a date change, with at least 48 hours notice before your session (the first change is free; further changes carry an admin fee). Request it by email to contacto@reddopamine.com from the same address used to book, stating a new available date. After those 48 hours no changes are accepted. You have 6 months to play your rescheduled session. If you arrive late we wait a maximum of 10 minutes; after that, access is not possible and the booking is forfeited. No-shows lose the booking with no right to changes or refunds.
